Claire takes a ‘Mighty Stride’!
On Sunday 27th April people from far and wide completed the Glasgow Kilt Walk raising awareness and funds for their chosen Charities.
This year Claire ‘Hill’ Balneaves, previously a Kiltwalk volunteer, completed the 23 mile ‘mighty walk’ herself for the first time, raising funds and awareness for Melanoma UK.
Claire sadly lost her mum to melanoma and was unfortunately diagnosed with melanoma herself, but 14 years later she is going strong. What a way to prove it !
