Episode 3 aired on 4th December and featured the ground-breaking work happening at The Christie and Cancer Research UK Biomarker Centre.
Professor Caroline Dive CBE and her team of experts from Cancer Research UK (CRUK), The University of Manchester and The Christie are developing innovative blood tests to detect cancer.
In episode 3, Caroline gives a fascinating insight into the real detective work she is leading and the programme features one of our Medical Advisors Dr Becky Lee, describing a ‘Eureka’ moment which supported ground breaking liquid biopsy trials to detect Circulating Tumour DNA from Melanoma.
