Oli runs the Rob Burrow Leeds Marathon and smashes his fundraising goal
On 11th May Oliver Stanton ran the Rob Burrows Leeds marathon in memory of his Grandad John Putson, who sadly passed from Melanoma in February 2025.
Oli decided to raise funds for Melanoma UK and thanks to the amazing support and generosity of family and friends he smashed his £1,000 goal.. raising with gift aid well over £4,000 at time of this article.
We are so proud and grateful of Oli’s marathon efforts completing his run in just over four and half hours. We just had to share this picture of him finding the energy to show off his running vest… what a pro.. what an inspiration !
