Melanoma UK were excited to hear about this landmark moment for people affected by advanced melanoma.

The SCOPE trial, developed by British biotech company Scancell, has officially launched as part of the NHS Cancer Vaccine Launch Pad (CVLP) – a national initiative expanding access to personalised cancer vaccine trials for people already diagnosed with cancer.

This new trial is designed to help reduce the risk of melanoma returning after treatment. It represents a major leap forward in cancer care, and we’re proud to support this NHS England initiative by helping to raise awareness and signpost patients to credible information.
