On 13th and 14th May Melanoma UK had the pleasure of visiting BAE Systems sites at Warton and Samlesbury to take part in their staff Health and Well-Being Sessions.

Colin, our Head of Operations, opened the sessions and introduced one of our Medical Ambassadors Louise Walsh (AKA ‘The Skin Nurse’) who presented on Sun and U.V. Safety, Skin checking tips and raising awareness of Melanoma and Skin Cancer.

Colin fed-back after the events, “It was really great to connect and talk with some of the people on site from BAE’s Air Sector, we had a couple of great interactive sessions and we’ll be following up in June with an online session with more Air Sector staff”
