After awarding 2 research grants in 2025 and in alignment with feedback received in our ‘National Listening Project’ our charity has decided to open a ‘small grants call’ in time for ‘Melanoma May’ 2026. Melanoma UK is committed to supporting innovative research that enhances the prevention, early detection or treatment of melanoma and other skin cancers. Our ‘Small Grants Call’ provides targeted funding to empower both emerging researchers and experienced experts in developing pioneering ideas that could lead to significant advancements in skin cancer research and related public health initiatives.
This funding opportunity offers grants ranging from £5,000 to £20,000 per award, with the final overall grants budget still to be decided for 2026.
