UK Government’s report on effects of UV from artificial tanning

On 8th June the Department of Health and Social Care (DHSC) published a report released by the Committee on Medical Aspects of Radiation in the Environment (COMARE). This committee provides impartial peer reviewed advice to the UK government on all issues relating to natural and man made radiation.

The report includes really clear findings and conclusions including confirmation that sunbed use contributes to melanoma cases and deaths.
