10 Miles of Madness to Beat Melanoma!

Melanoma sucks.
One of my best friends, Michelle has been battling with melanoma for 3 years now and melanoma UK have been brilliant at supporting her and her family through it all.
I am not a runner. I am not fit! But I am going to try my best to do the Great South Run (10 miles!!) on 16th October to raise money for this wonderful charity so they can continue to support Michelle and others in the same situation and to support them in providing funds for vital research.

I know we're all struggling with bills etc at the moment but any money you can spare to support would be brilliant .... and motivating for me to get 10 mile-fit in 4 weeks - yikes!!
