The Farmer’s Ben Nevis Hike

Our father, Derek Hannan, has advanced Melanoma; skin cancer which has devastated our family. Farmer's are at a huge risk of developing skin cancer due to the amount of time spent outside exposed to the sun especially during harvest time. We want to raise awareness to the farming community of the dangers of working outside and to remind everyone how important sun protection is, to wear appropriate clothing and the use of sun cream, and of course very importantly, to check your skin and any pre existing moles.
